Before the month started I saw what their schedule was going to be like and believed that if they played .500 hockey that they should be fine
They had a horrendous month but that month had a lot of traveling and so many back-to-backs. Still though not an excuse for the lack of focus in that stretch but that head start they gave themselves in the beginning of the year gave them a much needed cushion in the standings. Time for them to recuperate and use that much needed break.
Yes the rangers should make at least a move to fill chytils spot by the time the break ends what reason is there to wait for that now that they know chytils not coming back this year they ddont have to make all of their moves soon but for sure they need to make a move to fill chytils place and should do it b4 the break ends
