We are living the "dead trade era" where its been very difficult to make trades but these two guys, Allvin with advice from his mentor Jim Rutherford, have managed to make trade after trade literally embarrassing the rest of the gm's. Hats off to the Canucks management group.
Lindholm is a Allstar as well that means the Canucks will have 6 players going to Toronto and Tocchet coaching.

Good trade. Clearing that cap space for next year is huge. Didnât give up much. Kept their best prospects. Right hand center who kills penalties and great face off guy with big offensive upside playing with good players again.
Could it be that while EP40 hasn't officially signed an extension, he and the Canucks already have an understanding in place and it was only down to either a bridge deal or a long term deal? And people are making too much a deal out of nothing.
