  1. Thank you Johnny!! Couldn't imagine anyone else voicing the world of outlaws sprint cars! Always reminded me of doc emrick, has that signature voice nobody else has! Cant wait to hear from you again at Williams grove!

  2. I love hearing him call a race, he brings the excitement. Especially the, you wanted the best, lots of times it brings goosebumps. Congratulations Johnny. The only bad part is at the track, I can't really hear him over the race.

  3. I met this guy when I was 10 years old at battleground speedway in 95’ walking into the grand stands and he had the world of outlaws tent set up trying to get it all started talk about a true ambassador of the sport …..the guy lives and breathes it like nobody’s mother…!!!!! ……..good stuff…..job well done amigo

  4. Congratulations Johnny watching Sprintcars would not be the same without your commentary 🎤🏁👏🏼

  5. Johnny Gibson is to sprint car racing as Tom Hanks is to film and animated movies. Instantly recognizable, always top tier and timeless.

  6. I liked Johnny until he disrespected Earl Baltes at Let's Race 2 this past year. So with all do respect FUCK Gibson.

  7. I can literally put a race on at work and have the feeling of being there. Thank you Mr. Gibson. You TOTALLY Deserve the recognition 👏

  8. Johnny's the man and The announcer for the world of outlaw Sprint cars and no one should ever be allowed to attempt to announce a race with him

  9. Johnny Gibson is a real class act of a guy too. My band has had the privilege of playing the party after the WoO shows in Jackson MN a handful of times, and just a couple years ago, we were playing our set and Johnny was hanging out, just down there mingling with the race fans, and some drunk guy in the crowd said, "Get Johnny up there to do his "4 Abreast" spiel!" Mind you, this was at the end of a weekend of several days of racing, and Johnny to his credit got up on stage, had some fun, and gave it just as much gusto is not a little more just to appease a big handful of drunken race fans. I can tell you for sure I'll NEVER forget that it was pretty cool. I cannot think of a more iconic duo than Sprint Cars and Johnny Gibson. I hope he doesn't retire for a long long time yet because it won't be the same watching without Johnny!
