  1. I’m still amazed at how they assembled not just a good team but a legitimate perennial contender right at the start.

  2. GOLDEN KNIGHTS THG POWER RANKING HISTORY

    Top Row: 80 times

    2nd Row: 54 times

    3rd Row: 20 times

    Btm Row: 3 times

    Avg: 9.10

    Best: 1

    Worst: 30

    First: 14 Times

    Last: 0 Times

  3. The taking a player from each team is wrong. They should have to build from free agency and drafting like the rest of the league.

  4. The Vegas model of building a team with a bunch of good (but not superstar) players seems more sustainable than having a core of superstars and needing a complete rebuild every so often when that core ages out (eg – Washington, Pittsburgh).

  5. I wish there was more clarity on Robin Lehner’s status with Vegas. Obviously he’s not playing and they have 2 good goalies, but I feel like there’s been no discussion at all about him.

  6. "My personality changes from one day to the next" our traumatised ass with dissociative identity dissorder "Yeaaaaah that's a moooood".

  7. Us locals absolutely love the Knights. The team is so popular here it not even funny. Everywhere you look you’ll see the logo. Knights license plates are a common sight. I’ll say it AGAIN, what everyone fails to understand is that the Knights bonded with this city after the mass shooting of Oct. 1st. They became our beacon of something great and hopeful. That run in the first year lifted this city in a way that can’t be matched. Yes there will come a time when the team will not be good, but trust me when I say that this city will always support the team. I was at game five when we won the cup and it’ll go down as one of the biggest highlights of my life.

  8. I live in Vegas and can confirm it’s a great place to live. Even outside of Summerlin there are great neighborhoods. The strip is a small portion of the town. I love it here

  9. Marchessault may not be a Hall of Famer, but he should be given consideration/honorable mention. An undrafted player winning the Conn Smythe, the only other undrafted player to do so was that Gretzky guy. Yeah, Marchessault is no Gretzky, but no one else is either. Even if Marchessault doesn't get to the Hall, I'd bet VGK retires his number when he's done playing. As far as Fleury, not sure if it was a good trade decision, but it wasn't a bad one either.

  10. Most of the fanbase was livid when they traded away Fleury for a draft pick. I was ok with it. Good guy but he didn’t cut it in the playoffs. Pacioretty I was a bit surprised but he was also injured a lot. I wish him well in Washington. Hope they can all get healthy soon

  11. Im just waiting for the "vegas was able to pick all 2nd liners" comments 😂😂. Yeah William Karlsson was doink exceedingly well in Columbus with that 9 goal season 😂😂😂

  12. It is funny that you mention gambling because I consistently get draft kings adds for multiple sports related youtube channels.

  13. I gamble in the form of maybe one lottery ticket per year, one time though I enrered a raffel to win $289 and won it

  14. Of course they are getting support. They made the playoffs all but one season so far. Winning puts butts in seats.

This is a fan base that has yet to be tested.
