[Roumeliotis] Luke Richardson said Tyler Johnson should be ready to go on Wednesday. He missed all of January with a right foot injury. (Other player updates included within post)

– Jason Dickinson took a maintenance day. He’ll be on the ice on Tuesday.

– Connor Bedard might practice with the team a little bit on Tuesday but only non-contact drills. Bedard is lobbying to practice in full but it’s the doctor’s call at this point when he can be cleared for contact.

– The timeline for Connor Bedard’s return still hasn’t changed, meaning he’s still at least a couple weeks away from playing — even though he might begin participating in non-contact practice drills any day now.

>Richardson: “The timeline for bones to heal is still not good enough for a game. It doesn’t matter if you wear a bubble or not; the bubble can actually hit and it could probably do more damage in more situations than without it. He’ll have to get clearance from the doctors for when he can start exerting hard. But he’s starting to ramp up his conditioning, so that means he’s probably able to work harder and clench a little bit more, but I don’t know if he’s eating handfuls of nuts or stuff like that yet.”

– Beauvillier is wearing a brace on his wrist, so he can’t shoot pucks yet even though he’s skating.

– Athanasiou is still expected to start skating “soon.”

– Connor Murphy (lower-body) skated earlier but has since left the ice.

I forgot about a few of these chaps. TyJo Nineveh learned what caused his injury, was it blocking a shot? Same with AA, he was just out one day and I never learned why

I like that Bedards timeline is being determined by when he can eat handfuls of nuts and stuff
