Tanev a missing piece
Chris Tanev had told his brother, when he was first deciding whether or not to come to Winnipeg, Chris had told him to come here. That leads me to infer that Chris would also be happy to come to Winnipeg. It's a leap, but I don't think it's that big a leap, given the previous statement.
