  1. I really wish they demoted Carmicheal mid season just to give Curry a chance to see his playcalling. I don't understand people being excited about Kubiac coming from Shannihan, he was only with him for 1 year as passing corr. How much did he grasp of the Shannihan system in 1 year that it's now imprinted into how he sees the game and will call plays? I think the QB coach would have been better because what he was able to do with Purdy and Jimmy G ithe last few years and the transition between them without the offense missing a beat.

  2. I’m not gone to hold breath to many holes to fill especially to o line, d line getting better overall

  3. Ronald Curry wouldve been better. More proven, innovative, and is light years ahead of Kubiak in terms of offensive schemes

  4. It's a team sport. You need good coaching and good players to win along with a lot of luck. I like the Kubiak hire, but look what he had to work with. He had a great offensive line. He had Debo, McCaffrey, Kettle and so on.. We Don have a great offensive line. We don't gave a great tight end. We're at least 1, if not 2, receivers away from really being able to light it up. As for Carr, I think he's a damn good QB who played behind a shitty line, which couldn't keep defenses honest by having a good running game, and they exploited that really bad offensive line and tore Carr up. Deuce was spot on. It all starts with the lines, and I have no idea how we can fix the offensive line since we don't have a lot of cap space and draft picks. But we have to find a way to do it anyway

  5. you guys all know he s just a passing game coordinator right? and yall know what a passing game coordinator does ?just wanted to make that sure

  6. Dennis allen is still the head coach so I am cautiously optimistic until he can prove he can win against the top teams in this league because the schedule next season is interesting

  7. At this point with Loomis making all the decisions 🤷🏿‍♂️😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

  8. I’ve watched Derek since the Fresno State years because I’m an Alum and I have followed him ever since. It may seem like he struggles in new systems but the fact of the matter is actually building chemistry with his receivers. The secret reason is that he is A HUGE ANTICIPATION PASSER! Think about this… if Carr throws the ball before the receiver even breaks his route THEN the receiver MUST be in his anticipated spot for the ball to be caught. Therefore Derek throws to a spot rather than throws to a receiver. If they are not on the same page, then Derek looks horrible on the play. This was very evident in the first 3/4 of the season! Even Kamara had mentioned it in a presser when he missed his assignment. Derek’s football IQ is probably top notch amongst all QB’s so in my opinion I know he doesn’t struggle learning “New Systems” rather it’s being on the same page with his receivers which takes time to develop. Should we get Hunter Renfrow and Devante Adams it’s a Super Bowl appearance people!

  9. Itsa player driven league. You need good coaches to get the best out of said players. Any head coach worth anything needs to have the ability to spot inconsistencies in this dynamic sooner rather than later. DA will eventually sink or swim accordingly.

  10. Why fire DA, if the defense is playing great/elite still…can't grasp the concept. A new OC was needed the second SP walked out on NOLA. The problem LITERALLY isn't DA. Stop hopping on the fire him bandwagon and think reality.
