  1. Where’s the guy who was wondering about the Dillon hit from the Marchand video?! I saw you buddy haha

  2. I guess if you skate around like you're a scud missile with your head down the whole time nobody can touch you. Hopefully this will be a learning moment for Noel.

  3. Unfortunate situation. There doesn't seem to be any intent behind Dillon's actions here imo, but that is a truly ugly hit as a direct result of Dillon miscalculating the angle/speed/whatever it was. Prayers up for Acciari, hope he's alright.

  4. Ugh, elbow to head. Definitely warranted an ejection. Acciari arrived in Pittsburgh with his teammates but in 5 minutes he just got whacked into Shanghai, look at his dazed state…!! 😨😨

  5. Good call, Acciari is already low coming in all the way and Dillon obviously sees it and for some reason still goes for the hit up high. Even little dirty i would say.

  6. He was so far by him the only part of NA that could have been hit was NA’s head. The rest of him was neck length away.

  7. …. seems like you need to defend yourself, a penalty to the head sure, but ejected, thats lame, dude ran into a wall😂😂😂

  8. definitely not an intentional hit. Dillon went too far to the boards, looked like Accari was turning back away from the boards, hit his hea, but unintentional.

  9. Again a player not ready to take a check where they should be ready for a check. So tired of seeing guys get hurt because the nhl wants to be a figure skating sport instead of the tough guy stuff it’s know for.

  10. That's a tough call…

Dude is skating chin first with speed.

But realistically, if he had timed it "better" it would have tagged him right in the numbers because of how he was outstretched.

That's a lose-lose when you are essentially charging the guy full tilt boogie

  11. A completely unintentional high hit, NA was in a prone position, and realistically ran into Dillon
Since when is it always the hitters responsibility ?.? keep your head up ….. it’s hockey

  12. That entire Winnipeg D is full of dirty players who like to give hits like this. Hell, their forwards (Scheifle hit on Jake Evans ring a bell?) intentionally try to hurt guys from time to time. Nobody really cares because Winnipeg has been mediocre to good the last few years but they really encourage this atmosphere and I wouldn't be surprised if this keeps happening.

  13. That’s both players fault. Poor timing on one side, skating leading with your head on the other. Just looking for trouble

  14. Of course it’s the same guy that injured Teddy blueger. Hate to say it but this guy needs to learn his lesson on hitting in the right spot and time. If your gonna hit do it the right way

  15. Hope Dillon gets 5-10. Guy does dirty shit all the time. It's not on the player with the puck to dictate whether he gets checked in the head, it's on the hitter.
Sucks the penguins are too soft to even pummel Dillon for giving Acciari a concussion

  16. That might be one of the craziest hits I've ever seen, just the crisp HD shot of his head twisting…thats the kind of play that will kill someone one day unfortunately..

  17. #1 rule kids need to know these days with the majority of these bad hits….DO NOT REACH FOR THE PUCK. YOU CAN ALWAYS GET IT BACK. PROTECT YOURSELF FIRST

  18. He was braced and the skater went full speed into him while reaching for the puck and never saw him, dillon certainly missed and caused the situation, but dont think anything supplemental should happen… so player safety will probably sit him for 20. (before the Bruh group starts, you know youve seen far worse and way more egregious hits than this)

  19. YOU GOTTA KEEP YOUR HEAD UP! Noel A has been around Hockey long enough to know that. Didn't look intentional but Dillon broke the no head contact rule.
