  1. Two years ago I would have thought you were crazy if you said the Canucks would be good and the Flames would be out of a playoff spot nearing the trade deadline of 2024 lol

  2. If Kuzmenko is the catalyst to get Huberdeau going in Calgary, it may be even more worth it, as not even Lindholm was able to do so.

  3. as a canucks fan i really like kuzy and was pretty happy to see him get one tonight. hopefully he has excellent chemistry with huberdeau going forward because it would really nice to see him find his game again

  4. As a life long Canucks fan, I've learned to hate both the Flames and the Bruins. Yet tonight I was so happy the Flames trounced the Bruins in their own building that I guess I hate the Bruins just a little bit more.

  5. Yeah, i don't think there are many canucks fans who wouldn’t want to see Kuz bounce back. He's so much fun, it's hard not to root for him.

  6. Kuz needed a fresh start. He was a $5.5mil cap hit for this and next year playing on the 3rd/4th line with 1st unit PP minutes. That's far too expensive for a PP specialist. When Kuz isn't putting up points, he won't give you much of anything else away from the puck…

  7. Happy for Kuz, happy for Lindholm. Canucks push for the staley cup, Flames catch Oilers and beat them out of playoff spot

  8. As long as Kuzmenko doesn't have to forecheck hard all the time, he's a great complementary scorer….he just didn't mesh in Vancouver with Tocchet's system

  9. It's definitely a win for the flames. Time will tell if it's worth it for canucks, so far so good.

  10. The package to Calgary is quantity over quality. Vancouver retained their elite prospects in the process so this a trade you make any day of the week.

  11. You've been on my feed for a few weeks now, I've been loving your content. Gladly hitting that sub button!

  12. As a Canucks fan, Lindholm has been on of my favorite players for the last few years in the NHL. So glad to have him. Also, I hope Kuzmenko shines bright in Calgary. Dudes energy is awesome but it was not working this year. Massive win win trade I'd say, and tonight's games were both win win games. Let's go!

  13. Lindholm made the difference against the Canes, and it can be argued that Kuzmenko set the mood for the Bruins game by scoring early on and the Flames may not have won without his efforts

  14. As a canucks fan, im really happy to see kuzmenko pot a goal in his flames debut! Hope he keeps lighting it up! As well as lindholm of course!

  15. Today, marks a tragic loss for the Oilers. The 16 W streak has finally come to an end to the hands of the Stanley Cup Champions, Vegas Golden Knights. But from this defeat, history was made no less! Knoblauck, an outstanding record of 26-7-0 as of now, being a fresh new headcoach! Oilers now hold the longest win streak of any Canadian NHL team! The chemistry between the players was unmatched by most! And Skinner has bested the great Grant Fuhr for the longest win streak in Oilers history! Take heart my Oiler fans!! For this does not mark the end for us! This only marks the beginning for what's to come! We are Edmonton! We will rage! We will rise! We will shine bright! WE. ARE…EDMONTON!!!

  16. If Kuzmenko is the trigger man Huberdeau needed then this trade is even better for Calgary. Happy to see both guys make immediate impacts.

  17. Canucks fan. Very sad to see Kuzy leave but stoked to see him firing up. Such a good dude. I'll support the Flames as much as possible just so Kuz succeeds. Never thought i would say this but I guess im a Flames fan?

  18. As a guy from Calgary who lives in Vancouver, I can confirm my extreme happiness when I saw everything today!!

  19. I predicted this trade in your comment section and I could not be happier. Great first showing for both players, hopefully Kuzy brings the old Huberdeau back.
