More like Hill ended their streak, Edmonton absolutely outplayed them.
It was a great game. Playoff intensity. Oilers hit 2 posts, Leon missed a wide open net and Kane missed a back door tap in. Oilers couldn't capitalize on their chances and they paid the price.
Vegas did not deserve to win that game. The grade A shots were 18 for the Oilers and 9 for Vegas. Normal metrics would have the Oilers winning 4 to 2. But that’s the NHL- some games you should not win you do win and other games you should win you don’t.
