trav take this advice. Take your opportunity in the fed and if not sign div 5 in sweden or div 7 in germany. fed is good for u but div 5 and 7 are great for the vlog
hey that's why i don't wear anything bauer sucks to CCM i had a pair of bauer X-LP and somehow the lace got stuck in the goal i was making a pass around the goal and the lace got in the goal post and ripped of the tongue of the shake i hate bauer and that's a 129.99 dollars skate they make bad gear so people have to buy more

Hi, a question about your competitiveness. What mental games/tricks do you use to get focused for the fist period? I find with myself that the first period, im just out there for a skate and by the second period im more dialed in, thinking more about angles, shots, rebounds ect. Im an old timer who plays mens league and pick up, so im not looking for a contract, but want to be sharp for the entire game.
It's the act of chewing bud smaller bites and chewing more helps you feel full when your eating 6 small meals a day. The ice cream protein shake is sold vs liquid sits in your stomach longer that's why you fell full.
Nice video. Owen got drafted 21st. He's probably challenged you more than the players in the HockeyTrean league you played in last season. I think it is expected for sticks to break if you are playing with harder shooters.
