  1. Imagine if they bought him out this summer. Logistically speaking, it looks like a good move, but then you'd have dead cap on the payroll until 2038…

  2. Every now and then he’ll make a move or a shot that most couldn’t one time , however that’s it ! Others gotta set him up and he doesn’t go to hard spots either , it’s like he’ll take and has the skill to capatilze on what’s given , however doesn’t make anything happen !

  3. he's been trouble where ever he's been. he was like this in junior. king's bought and paid for a headache. chicago!!!!

  4. "They both have platform at 98.5" its true, but I just find it funny because they are the officials descriptor for the Canadiens games on the radio. So they have acces to the players and journalist affected to the CH 😂

  5. Im sorry but this is on Rob Blake. How could someone in that level of a hockey operation NOT see this coming meanwhile everyone else knew PLD is locker room cancer

  6. Kings need to buy him out, 2 million less dollars per year for the next 7 is better than 8.5 mil and a roster spot that's degrading the team. PLD is an awful awful awful player. He is not NHL calibre. He'd make a bigger impact by not playing for the Kings

  7. Dubé and McGuire are the Canadien's official Radio play-by-play anouncer & analyst (on 98.5) and have been for years. They are excellent.

They both speak french (obviously), however "McGuire" absolutely does not sound like a french name (nor is it one).

  8. After watching my Oilers battle it out with the L.A Kings 2 consecutive playoffs and watching those guys in the playoffs….And knowing the history of DuBois, and who Winnipeg got in return, as soon as that trade was made I said "Winnipeg WON that deal."…..they really did.

  9. Turcotte was showing promise. Put him on the third line and move PLD DOWN. If he's not producing. Especially with Lizotte still out. Hopefully Arvi comes back soon.

  10. Hopefully Marc Bergevin is in hot water as he’s always been obsessed with PLD. Thank god he’s not in Montreal

  11. 8.5M was an insane contract to offer. I was all for getting him on the Habs, but 8.5M is just too much.

  12. Your words "getting comfortable" may have begun to happen as their hot start was ending. Cut your loses and move on and fire Blake. He should have been gone instead of McClellan, that would have allowed the rebuild to continue. PL has shown himself to be a locker room cancer at all of the stops during his career. Be done with him and just start playing the young hungry dudes from the farm system. There is no difference b/c they ain't winning with that clown on the roster.
