  1. I FRIGGIN HATE BOSTON!!!!!!!!! If we lose to them in two weeks again back at home then there will be some worries…….Sigh

  2. Also the fact that the Nucks have given up 4 goals while on the power play in the last three games is very concerning.

  3. Boston is a better team. you can beat them you just have to work harder. the Blues beat them for the cup because they never gave up is how they beat the better team.

  4. How many times can you miss the net in one game on perfect chances. Every team has a dud game, good there getting it out of their system now.

  5. And so ends the Canucks dance with lady luck as the Hockey God stepped in to take lady lucks' place. This could not have come at a worse time. This was a matchup of pretenders vs contenders. Those that thought Vancouver were contenders, shall i say jumped the gun a tad bit. Clearly their emotions were showing this afternoon as the Canuck players let emotion overcome them to the point where they were just out there thinking. When thinking comes into play you can expect some losses. There was a lot of thinkers out there this after noon and it showed all over the ice and on the scoreboard. The confluence of lady luck choosing to exit the dance, the most difficult part of the season just getting started, and the most difficult start of the Canucks schedule just getting started amounts to the perfect storm for the Vancouver Canucks. Although you are about to see a disaster unfold, it isn't. Tocch warned them this was coming but they were unable to control their emotions and of course, thinking broke out and reared it's ugly head. For me this is a god send as this is going to force the Canucks to focus on being a much better defensive team which is the only thing that works in the playoffs. Oh you say but Carlos it's only one game, ha ha, watch and learn. Most likely Vegas and Edmonton will pass the Canucks and make their playoff experience a nightmare, if and only if they can't assimilate Tocch's wisdom and experience in a very short time. The season just started, let's hope the Canucks can start to take their studies seriously and get the emotion and thinking out of their game. Clearly you just seen what emotion does to a teams game. They were so jacked up they could not focus or execute. Petey has been thinking most of the year and tonight it was really bad. If he can't shake the thinking getting Linde is going to look like real big mistake.

  6. I'm not even concerned about the team which they lost to. They were showing signs of this during the Columbus game, but some poor play from Columbus themselves and a couple good breaks helped us bail out of that spot. Now, we are seeing what happens when we don't show up to play and it's against the #2 team in the NHL. I'm just looking forward to seeing how Vancouver bounces back from this. Maybe when we get away from those Boston hotel rooms pumping enough oxygen to keep the Canucks awake all night long, they'll get it together. 😆

  7. Lifelong Canucks fan. I do feel that this is a good Canucks team that has a chance to win the cup. Look I get it, they are near the top of the league standings. However, throughout the season I have been concerned about how this team performs against the big boys like Vegas, Boston, and Colorado. They look like boys against men and fold like a cheap accordion
