I have made it a no repeat workout, so the flow will be fun and fast! Grab your dumbbells and let’s hit this total body home workout!

    So I try again. 😄The excercises are challenging, good for strength and condition.

  6. I always love a LUCA workout from Tracy! I was happy I had this to look forward to this morning, and I got a great workout! 👍We did it all: upper, lower, abs, and cardio. An all-around solid workout. 😊
    I listened to my body yesterday, and took a rest day. I'm glad I did, because I have so much more energy today. Sometimes the body needs rest more than it needs to move. Thank you, Tracy, for teaching about how important rest and recovery are to our fitness!
