The Sabres have always been adding grit, snarl, and veteran leadership ever since they started the rebuild and it hasn’t paid off yet. Instead they should try adding good players for once.
Reinhardt has more power play goals than the whole team. Unrelated, but that stat just blew my mind.
W/o reading/listening to it, it would be shocking to me that the Sabres don’t unload Zemgus and Olofsson to get some more playing time for Kulich and Rosen. Even with VO being scratched a lot and probably only getting future considerations, it would still be worth it to move him (or send him down post-deadline). Same for EJ to give RJ more consistent time.
