Although they lost to Vegas, at the same time they could have won. They certainly don't have to hang their heads in defeat because this team will continue to dominate and get better. Love the line pairings both offence and defense for now so if any tweaking needs done then it will happen. This is going to be a good game tonight and hopefully Conner B or Corey P gets that first goal as an Oiler. GO OILERS!!!
This second line needed a kick start for a while now regardless of the success of dri McLeod snd warren. This second line could be the best second line in hockey if dri and Kane get going I know Perry’s ready
Corey can lead by example by one-timing his shots. Too many Oilers still cradle the puck before shooting which gives good defensive teams (like Las Vegas) time to adjust. Aside from Draisaitl, the other Oiler who one-times well is Kane (ironically if he had cradled the puck against Hill he could have had an easy backhand into an open net). Should be interesting to see them all on one line.
