  1. NHL is such a bush league at times. That Perry slash is just proof. He totally axed the goalies stick, even raised his axe above his own shoulders. How can ref miss that?

  2. Oilers played a sloppy game, the new D pairing used that game were the biggest cause of that. Yet no one mentions that

  3. They pay Corey Perry to be Corey Perry. You'd be a little miffed if you booked Taylor Swift to perform at your birthday party and she showed up in greasy coveralls and sang Johnny Cash tunes.

  4. The Perry/Draisaitl/Kane line is scary if kept together. Because Kane and Perry are turning Drai into one of them. That line is gonna be scary to play against…

  5. The ref managed to miss the slash, block both Anaheim players, miss Perry tripping one of them, and finally opened his eyes to signal the goal. Terrible officiating, Perry is a rat and excels at doing rat shit so it’s not surprising lol. Made for a funny clip but no way in hell should they have got the chance to score there. Perry just seems to have an eye for being able to do these things in a way that he gets away with it, I would be mad but honestly it’s an impressive skill.

  6. Should it have been called yes but Anaheim didn’t challenge the goal so in a way it’s a good goal even though it should have been a penalty.

  7. it's only a slash if you hit the hands, or maybe break the stick. A goalie behind the net is a skater, same rules apply. Don't misinterpret the rules.

  8. Not seen in this video: Mcdavid getting literally tackled from behind by a Anaheim player nowhere near the puck, Anaheim somehow not getting a penalty, and then mcdavid fighting back right after and then getting called for penalty.. Then Anaheim scoring on the ensuing Powerplay to go up 1-0. Letting this go with Perry just evened up that absolutely botched call on Mcdavid.

  9. I liked the Oilers when they had Hall and Eberle… but once they built a team around McDavid and brought it these douche scumbags like lucic, kassian, maroon, kane, and now perry… sorry but it's not worth cheering for a scummy team. No honor, no character, no integrity. I hope Oilers crumble and Mcdavid gets outta there asap. fuck that team.. not built for a long haul. Desperate and shit to the core.

  10. Definitely the definition of a polarizing player
You love to have him on your team and hate him if you’re playing against him

  11. I personally don’t mind silly antics BETWEEN WHISTLES.

I know my Marchy has done some goofy ahhh things himself. Like stealing Bedards stick as they were getting off the ice. Last year, had Hathaway also steal a man’s stick as he was getting off the ice…either that or it was Bertuzzi. I find that funny WHEN IT DOESNT INTERFERE WITH A MANS ABILITY TO KEEP IN PLAY. I’m sure the players. Though annoyed. Realize “well, I guess he’s trying to be a funny guy. Whatever,”

    Filling gloves with water? Goofy.
Slashing a goalies stick so he can’t make a play? Ending up in a goal. That’s just not right.

McAvoy sending a dudes stick away because “lol, it’s over there” can be funny. We know it happened against him earlier in the season and a no-call was had. It was after the play, so. Doesn’t matter right? (McAvoy did it after the whistle)

    Yes. Im a Bruins fan.

  12. Should he have sticklifted instead? I'm confused, don't hold your stick like a girl and it'll still be in your hand

  13. Evander Kane has now broke the record for fewest games to 5 Hat-tricks for a single team in NHL history.

  14. This is a perfect example of why the NHL was better off during that all too brief shining moment when it was without Perry.
No one will laugh harder than I will when the Oilers lose in the SCF, if they are lucky enough to even make it that far. Now THAT, would be the true "Corey Perry" effect in action!
