In the words of Trailer Park Ricky, I toad a so, lol. The good news is the Canucks and Petey played way better than they did in Boston, but the disappearance of Canucks puck luck was a big factor in their loss. Canucks were the better team but Lady luck took a breeze in Boston and she stayed away, just like i speculated as i watched the Boston disaster unfold. This game was a spirited affair and was well worth watching. The stretch drive has just got more challenging just as Tocch and me have warned yall. That Tocch is one smart and aware guy. Seems the games are about to get a whole lot more challenging and entertaining for us Canuck fans. Oh ya the overtime goal wasn't Petey's fault at all, that was a very good play and agressive checking on his part. Look to the other two guys to find fault.

As a wings fan, I get being frustrated after the 2nd. But these are probably from the casuals. If youve been paying attention at all this season, you would know they still had a chance to get at least a point. Especially after you see cat getting into a fight. Would have loved to be a fly on the wall during the intermission.
some of the canucks over the top stats are going to start evening up a bit down the road. you still have to be happy with their 3rd period stats. they actually created a lot of scoring chances. brock had 3 scoring opportunities but couldn't get his stick on the shots for a redirect. the goal tender was beatable and got lucky. washington is running the bruins out of the rink with a 1-0 lead with 25 minutes to go in the game. go caps!

Just thought it should be noted that this is now the second time that Casey DeSmith got Griddy'd on. First time was in December 2022 when the Wings came back from a 4-0 deficit and Walman scored in OT (which was also the first time he did it lol).
