Mark Recchi, after beating the Canucks to win the Stanley cup in 2011, said that the Canucks are the most hated team he ever played against in his 22 year as a professional hockey player. Mark Recchi mentioned the diving, the hair pulling, the biting, the complaining, the overwhelming arrogance, the trash talking, and the Canucks still lost the finals. Dave Bolland hated the Canucks and the sedins sisters, he questioned the character of the sisters and the entire team, the biting, the hair pulling, the diving, he rightly said that kind of behaviour does not belong in hockey. Dave Bolland also said that the sedins sisters sleep in bunk beds, the older one gets the bottom, the younger one gets the top. Dave Bolland rightly mentions that there are a lot of weirdos in Vancouver, he did not like playing in Vancouver, try living in downtown Vancouver, the drug addicts, the prostitutes, the gays in the west end, classless city, with classless people. And Dave Bolland Blackhawks beat the Canucks two times in the playoffs, 2009, 2010 and he has two Stanley cups, 2010 and 2013, two more than the sedin sisters. I am happy, as an Oilers fan, that Milan Lucic is an Oiler, he deserves a better city than trashy Vancouver.
