No call on Budaj after his stick makes contact with Wood’s face

New Jersey Devils forward Miles Wood felt there should have been a call on Los Angeles Kings goalie Peter Budaj after the keepers stick appeared to be dragged along his face.

  1. Right in front of the refs face and he's guilty too he looks at the ref after too
Budaj & quick < Hiller and Ramo

  2. If Budaj did that to me, I'd go right after him without hesitating. I'll accept the game misconduct.

  3. Quit your bitching all he did was grab his stick back, it barley touched him. Didn't attack him with his blocker like Price or Ward. Calm down.

  4. I thought the "stick to the face" was gonna be when wood was falling onto Budaj and I was getting ready to defend him here in the comments social Justice warrior style BUT THEN I witnessed Budaj execute Wood Sweeny Todd style and quite frankly good sir im appaled.

  5. Wood is already going to fall over the goalie (watch his left leg) and jumps like he got pushed and over he goes, and the stick looks like it it held on his chin and he jerks his head back but the stick didn't move. As far as I'm concerned Wood sold this the whole way from start to finish.

  6. The reason the refs are letting goalies get away with so much is probably to prevent the 2010-2015 where players (Mostly Kreider) would have no fear bowling into goalies and running them.
