    Who the heck is gonna be #1 on the power rankings this week? Feels like no good candidates. Maybe Dallas? Edmonton just lost and struggled to beat Anaheim. We'll see how they do tonight. Bruins beat the Canucks but lost to the Flames and got shut out by the Capitals. Canucks beat Canes but lost to Boston and Detroit. Avalanche on a losing skid. Either way, Flames definitely moving way up.

    Likely a repeat comment, Newhook played the entire game, Harvey-Pinard got injured in the 2nd and did not return. Don't let the SOG mislead you, the Habs deserved this one more than the Stars, Oettinger made some huge saves in close

    Shannon, don't be so hard on yourself on your birthday! Canucks only have 12 regulation losses, not 14. Thanks so much for all your work each and every day. Great review. That Flames offside goal against was crazy, even Rick Ball had no idea how that puck 'materialized behind the net'. It's so true that if you watch enough hockey you'll see something you've never seen before. Happy birthday!

    As a note on the Montreal game, I didn't listen to the 1st period but in the second, before Dallas scored, 2 montreal players collided when Rafael Harvey-Pinard was injured badly when Joel Armia fell on him. Rattled by the injury, even if the coach denied it at the end of game conference, the team lost site of the game and let Dallas get 2 goals in 24 seconds making it 2-1. The Canadiens had no chances afterwards even if they played well. Dallas had a stronger team.

    Does ANYONE know what bug crawled in Tort's a$$? I usually watch all his interviews because I like his hockey insight, but boy has he been a MONSTER Dbag with the Philly media lately! He really should not do that. It's a terrible look for him and the franchise.

    Also, my Stars keep rolling on the road. Don't sleep on Duchene-Marchment-Sequin. They would be a top line on more than half the teams in this league. And shoutout to Thomas Harley who keeps showing us why he is a huge weapon offensively.

    Credit to Vancouver for making that major look routine. Detroit wasnt sharp there but there were key plays by Vancouver to break up scoring chances.
