I know Drysdale is young, but he really doesn’t excite me for whatever reason it does make me frustrated that we lost cutter. It also seems like the strategy they were talking about on the podcast. Why wouldn’t you keep Zam in there since he does seem like he shoots a lot at the point. Full disclosure I live in York Pennsylvania right now don’t have a TV so I don’t really get the chance to see any of the games I just watch the highlights and stuff.
Will the Flyers take a calculated risk and trade for Casey Mittelstadt? Should they? It would sure up the middle of their roster. Trade Walker and Laughton for him? A hockey trade— stupid or genius?
The thing that bothers me is if you’re not a “Torts guy”, you don’t play. Ollie Lycksell, for example.
I agree with Russ on the lineup assessment. I just don't understand Tort's determination to sit the kids, or keep them in LHV. You have to bring them up eventually. Looking at the goal tending situation, what is going on with the goalies from Russia? Are they in the same situation as Mitchcov? It would help, if we could bring them over to play in LHV, but I realize that we are dealing with Russia, Russia, Russia…lol. Are there any other goalie prospects in our system that are worth looking at?
