Totally agree with Brian and his over ripening comment. What does it say about our team's future with four 35 year old players on a rebuilding team. All of you agree that Edvinsson is dominating in the AHL. How do you justify Edvinsson not being called up when Chiarot was injured. I blame Yzerman because he needs to look at the team long term while Lalonde looks at the present and winning the next game. This is not meant to be a knock on Perron or Petry who both deserve their spots on the roster.
Edvinsson and Bergie can "mature" in GR for the rest of this season. They'll be on the Wings next season and some of the older guys will be gone
