The day before most lakes open in southern Alberta we head to Rock lake. Rock lake is one of the few lakes that are open all year in Alberta. We use the opportunity to dust off some equipment and get ready for big opener may 8th. With beautiful (just slightly overcast) weather and clear water on Rock lake we manage to catch a number of pike in just a few hours using William wobbler spoons and Lyman lures, trolling and casting. Hope you enjoy the episode!
