  1. Trade Lundell. He can not develop here. No one can. Remember Tippet? Lundell's rotting here. Such a waste. If you're a fan let him him go.

  2. If you enjoy this style of content please consider becoming a member to this channel or Patreon supporter. Rather than chop up the highlights to be practically unwatchable in order avoid copyright claims and be able to make a couple dollars in ad revenue I would rather leave the highlights more intact making for a better experience for the viewer. BTW any ads you see on this video are placed there by the NHL because they need the $3 way more than I do 🙄

  3. Lundell is developing fine and is a damn good player. It's silly to expect him to have higher points when the whole team is just a bit off on offense. This will turn around as (ironically) our D pairings get better.

The thing that no one gives Ekboad credit for is how damn good he is defending zone entries. He is a transition offense machine even if it doesnt always mean points. This clip shows how good Lundel is off the rush, and having Ekblad and Montour back will basically restore our rush game.

  4. The funny thing of fans is that do have patient to young players. I say that when you are inpatient of a young player you can make a bad decision to move or not to sign him. Then when they go to another team and start to play like he is capable that will hurt as a fan. There are some Panthers prospects that are not in Florida like Flames goalie Markstrom, no how that feels. That could happened to Lundell. So I will agree with you Jaws on this.

  5. Lundell is working on his defensive game – he and coach have said as much – and kind of letting his offensive talents develop more organically as opposed to focusing on putting up numbers. It's clear to me Lundell would rather be the best player he can be over the long term than a player that feels the need to focus on pushing stats & accolades for himself. He is a team-first player, and you can tell Barkov is having an effect on him. I may need to apologize with what I said after the Chicago game. When I took off my "rabid, emotional fan" cap off and put on my "logical, impartial, strategic hockey analyst" hat on, I saw everything much clearer. I hope to elaborate on this in the near future. Thanks Eric for these little breakdowns. Always informative, always on-point, never pandering…. gotta respect it!!! RESPECT THE FLUFFY
