The way the law works in most states, is if the STATE decides to press charges, they will. A person doesn’t have to press charges on someone for a crime committed, when the crime was done in “broad daylight” and seen by a District Attorney or Prosecutor. The state should have arrested Will Smith at the Oscars as soon as he got his stupid award.
