I ordered a blank off NHL Shop on February 5th. It said that the jersey was supposed to ship by February 8th, but nothing changed on my order; it kept saying “processing.” I chatted with multiple agents who said they were out of stock and the jersey would likely never come. Yesterday morning, I randomly got an email from UPS saying Silver Crystal Sports had a package coming for me today. They source NHL Shop with jerseys sometimes when they run out of stock. The jersey did come today and it still says processing on NHL Shop. The tracking is all thrown off because they’re coming from a 3rd party. So don’t lose hope if you ordered a blank off NHL Shop

Ours Shipped from the Florida State Seminoles shop. I was like I really hope this is my devils stuff and not Florida state. ( it happened twice once with our beanies and once with the jerseys!)
Y’all got me checking my doorbell camera round the clock to see if UPS is gonna stop by randomly during the day with my jersey now lol. Crossing fingers and I’m glad some people are getting their jerseys at least.
That’s funny my Adidas custom SS order was cancelled from NHL shop. I never got an email but went to check it today and it said cancelled. Yay!

I just got the Hughes jersey I ordered on Sunday! I was surprised it got to eastern Canada so fast. I was hoping for a Meier or Hischier jersey since I am in Halifax and watched both of them play junior with the Halifax Mooseheads!

Got an email saying my Adidas blank was delayed but got home and jersey was their delivered with no notifications. So I’m guessing they are having communication errors but jerseys are going out

I was watching the Preds game this evening and then I saw your post. My order for a blank also still says processing. I’d been messaging NHL Shop about it for the last week and they’ve been clueless. I then remembered UPS delivers late to my house. I go to open my front door and there it was! What a pleasant surprise. It’s gorgeous!
If you received your jersey and it still says “processing” I would cancel that shit ASAP and get a refund. Fanatics doesn’t deserve your money.

That’s who fanatics uses for jerseys. Ordered one a few years ago and it came from there both times. After 3 screw ups. Never again.
