Was already dismissed years ago, until hes proven guilty, this is a lot to do about nothing to me.
I'm confused. In 2018 it was deemed insufficient and the case was closed. Five years later now it is sufficient? I hope this is another Duke Lacrosse or Punt God (punter for the Bills) situation.
Some of this leaked out awhile ago. One of the reasons the Flyers could not trade Hart because all the other teams knew this was going to be an issue.
Hope this isn't about a payoff, but there's too much history with this type of accusation. Now that these guys have NHL careers and deep pockets, well you know the drill.

Weird that the woman got paid off 4 million and doesn't want any part of this investigation. So she took money over moral High grounds. We'll just have wait and see what happens with the trial which isn't until 2026 and all these guys careers are over. But I love how Canada is basically proving them guilty without a trial
hockey has been abusing kids and women since forever… why all the surprise now? Everyone else knows if you suck at it your an automatic effing pansy, to be polite despite the sting being wiped by doing so. Do you think that mindset has respect for party girls? Some have many very powerful diseased lawyers and friends, for this to have taken so long to be brought before the deranged "crown", and the complicit public. you made a pill, it made a sexual revolution, you promoted "swinging" and doing the pizza guy … now acting out fantasies requires a contract… maybe just announce the revolution is over, so the stupid ones wake up? Just because there's a new pill, to eliminate those inconvenient pregnancies, doesn't mean you can go around raping at will.
