  1. Had Nordstrom been able to get even a little elevation, it would’ve been a goal. Still, it was an amazing save.

  2. That POV inside the goal starting @ :09 is insane.
Shuffles in full Jean-Claude Van Damme mode – on ice – by pushing off a surface area 1/10th of an inch thick.
The agility, strength and flexibility to pull that off is simply unbelievable if it were not captured on film.

  3. watch at :23 seconds how he moves his left foot for just a little more push to get over there.. and make that great save

  4. Game 7: Binn is like I can always buy a new leg after the game! Going to pull my leg know, to save this one! yeah that felt good…

  5. The Bruins made a statue of Orr when they won the Cup against St. Louis. I think the Blues should make a statue of this save. Just to make it even.

  6. Steve Dangle of Sportsnet said it best…Binner said "Screw it, I'll just get a NEW groin." This is the moment you knew the Note would be hoisting Stanley that night in June.

  7. My brother who is a basketball fan and hates hockey saw this block and nearly pooped his pants. For me, this is a routine save and any above average goalie is expected to make it.

  8. There’s a video of Binnington’s push off at normal speed. It makes this save look even more incredible!! When a goalie misses a poke check it usually results in a goal; what an amazing reaction.

  9. Greatest save in the 50 year team history. No matter what becomes of Binner's career, he'll go down in the history of the game for this one season. 🙏

  10. Best save I've ever seen a Blues goalie make. Remarkable play that literally may have won us the cup. He is THE guy in net, all-time Blues goalie GOAT.

  11. What's also amazing about this save is the near-exact-same situation happened earlier in the series on a Boston goal. Binner just locked in and went all supersayin – 'not this time' on 'em. Dat Shiz Lit.
