I wonder, If four Canadian teams manage to make it into the second round of the playoffs, and two to the Stanley cup finals. Would the increased revenue that it surely brings in be enough to increase next years salary cap? Or say finally push Bettman to move a struggling franchise to Canada? He wants to make money, this seems like the easiest way.
