Vanbase jersey quality control?

Ordered a black skate Hughes jersey from Vanbase and just received it. On the back above the three there’s a white glue/substance protruding out of the 3. Is this a common occurrence? It’s a minor flaw, but is frustrating when spending $300+.

    I would

    a) definitely get a refund
    b) buy a jersey from a different website

are you sure it is not some of the backing from the embroidery?

Not sure if you paid for the extra stitching service, but Jerseys ordered via Vanbase have the name plates and numbers glued on/pressed by default. I’d get in contact with customer support ASAP as I would not accept this Jersey and request for an exchange

Vanbase charges $300 for heat pressed name and number jerseys. Hockey authentic is around the same price. I recommend going with them.

I bought the same jersey a couple weeks ago from the Team store. I paid extra for stitching. Also a 4 week wait time, should be ready in a couple more weeks.
