Help IDing a signature?

Hi! Newer Ducks fan here 🙂
I recently got a youth jersey at a thrift store, and noticed a signature(?) on the back shoulder when I got home— any idea whose it might be? It’s kinda faint but maybe looks like it has a smiley face?

Not sure what year it’s from, probably 2007-2013? It’s a CCM jersey, no name/number.
