Lol, not yet. Give it a few years. A’s get injury fill-ins, but only one C per roster, including IR.

Besides, Eklund is not as mature as the other two, yet.

Let’s pump the breaks. We have an incredible captain. Logan is a franchise legend. Put some respect on his name.

Unrelated but I love the teal helmet with the white jersey.

  4. We have a captain. Those donā€™t change unless the C leaves. Thatā€™s what alternates are forā€¦

Eklund has done nothing to deserve the C yet Lmfao

Iā€™d say Eklund is more likely than not to never be a Sharks captain. Just chill, more prospects and veterans will join our squad in the coming years.

The C doesn’t shift around willy nilly, but you need at least one A on the ice. The whole point of the A players is that they’re the only ones allowed to approach the refs when shit is going down.

So when when an A player is injured you just slap it on another person, but that isn’t the case with the C.

If Hertl isn’t moved then this is his team. Cooch’s injury relapse might end up ending his career. If he’s sidelined for the rest of this year without expectations after the offseason that he’ll be able to be there for opening day then I wouldn’t be surprised to see the C move to Hertl.
