In the first game back after the 2024 NHL All-Star break, no one showed more rust than the referees. After the Refs called Alexis Lafreniere on a phantom tripping call, that sent the MSG crowd into a frenzy. Ultimately, Lafreniere would get the last “Laf” in OT.

This is the second time laf got a penalty against the Avs that he blatantly didn’t commit. Coach’s should be able to challenge that and you can’t convince me otherwise
