The only thing Brown had going for him is a PK that was outstanding going into the break. Unfortunately he has had every opportunity to excel with this team. Let’s not forget he was suppose to play with McDavid on L1. The best place for him is on waivers or in the press box.

Go for antony duclair hes a very good top 6 player last year in Florida he was scoring over 30 goals but this 2 dedefensmen tanev and walker what is that for crap they are not any uppgrade at al to The team they are not any better then The defensmen that we alredy have lloolll i gonna be unbelivebel disopointed IF edmonton is taking in some of this 2 useles players IF we gonna go al in this year then its just rediculous to think that someone of this 2 defensmen gonna do some big differens in the playoffs we have to go for a defensmen like Ekholm not this lolife bums lllooll and we just have to take in some good bottom 6 player also beacuse our 3 and 4 line they realy sucks god so much i missing costin and bjugstad now 😢😢😢😢
If anyone actually watched the jets/canucks game then youll realize more than anything else that weve GOTTA get bigger on our forward positions. Alot bigger.
Brown has been playing better defense than Ceci… It's good to see Sam back. It's tough to play good hockey at that level getting yanked out of the lineup constantly in favor of inferior players. Both Ceci's defense…lack of Goals.. …..and Browns lack of a power rush shot ability are a big problem for sure…😢
I hope Holland Finds a way to land Buchnevich from the blues, he's not a rental, great top 6 forward and pretty damn good on the PK which we could also need help with
Brown needs to go. He has been ample opportunity to succeed but failed to produce anything. I would never trade Proberg for a rental. Given time, he will be a top 4 defenseman in this league.
The thing Brown does well outside the PK is getting his stick into passing lanes in the offensive and neutral zone. He’s really good at disrupting play. The obvious downside is he can’t produce offensively. We’re stuck with that bonus payment next season. No point waiving him, press box vet to rotate in and out of the lineup
Definitely keeping Broberg, he will be a stud. Don’t like Holloway on the 4th line. He’s way better than Janmark and should be the C on the 3rd line. His speed and gritty play is perfect for that position. 3rd line needs to be Holloway Foegle McLeod. 4th line move Janmark down and try and move Brown and Janmark if possible and McLeod. Tanev should be the big D target and moving Kulak as part of that deal will have to happen. I wish they would do something soon so they can start building chemistry and winning.

Those forwards don’t seem like good acquisitions. Jenner would have been good but he wants to stay with a losing club 🤷🏻♀️ Tanev would be good IMO

Brown just never worked out unfortunetly. Get something for him good solid player is brown . Just needs to find his right fit with a NHL team

I would like Tanev over Walker but not at the expense of Broburg.
I see Broburg as part of our long term future.

Tanev is another Oiler fans hated player but will be loved if he is with us…
Tanev’s injury prone…big risk taking someone who’s only played 1 full season in his career…I wouldn’t want a guy who always seems to get injured
