How to Ride Your Bike In The Rain – Fixed Gear Edition

Heavy rains brought flash floods in San Francisco, but that didn’t stop us from going out and riding bikes. This is more of a demonstration than it is a how to but there really isn’t much to riding in the rain. Get yourself some fenders, in our case these “Musguards” and bring a change of clothes if you’re going somewhere. That’s it. After rolling around until our clothes weighed an extra 9lbs, we eventually made our way to MASH SF where Mike Martin gave us both shelter and fresh socks. Shout outs to MASH for always taking care of us. I love a good rainy day in SF.

  1. This was the video that got me to try fixies. OfferUp had a Charge Mortar and I swooped that up because of this video! Found out it wasn't for me and lowrider bikes still has my heart; but I still watch videos from this channel religiously 😂😂

  2. the friendship between these two really make me wish my buddy kieffer would get a fixie so we could ride together

  3. Best for circus triks but not too practical transportation to use it daily. Bmx bike is 3 times better. Imho, fixed gear should be banned on the road.

  4. Bring back good memories, rode a bike till I was 18, I went everywhere on that thing. Just bought myself a litespeed after 20 years of not riding, my favorite memories were on a bike.

  5. Looked at a lot of options for getting my Latest.Bike . Great find in SAVA. Super light, nice components, really good value as it comes with many options only found in much higher priced bikes.

  6. Hi! Can I use a little bit of your footage for a tutorial that I'm making about preparing your bike for winter?

  7. I had to watch it a couple times but I can now nail all those tricks (I assume)
