Uh what did you end up seeing on your goal there um a fouron four uh Rosie made a great play uh a lot of speed coming down that right side and then was able to just find me back door behind both their defenseman and um it was a great play by
Him and I just tapped it in did I mean do you feel like the game changed as it went on you guys are up nothing at the end of the first they did have a heavy lead in shots but then it just sort of came off as like an ambush on the second
And the third period yeah we just didn’t really have a good uh second period and uh couple tough plays and game kind of got away from us there uh you know I liked our game in the first and then um you know we weren’t able to uh
Come out in the second have a good period And like I said the game just kind of got away from us and yeah how difficult is it to turn around know you’re going to play again in less than 24 hours uh not that difficult I mean it’s
Kind of what you want after a game like that just get right back after it and um you know respond the right way so yeah I mean you guys are what about like kind of the quirks on the schedule like you’re close to 50 games in you’re playing North Division teams in Toronto
And Belleville coming up but I me this is the first time you’re seeing these guys since the second game of the year Belleville hasn’t been in Rochester all year it’s kind of crazy that you haven’t seen these guys that much even though you’re in the same division yeah it’s
Weird um we’re just talking some of the guys I think last time we played him was like first week or two of the season um we haven’t seen him since so um I mean we know them pretty well from last year um obviously played them in the playoffs
Too so um we’re excited for tomorrow we you know myself included we want to respond and and get back on the on get a win going here a little tired seeing you um yeah I mean seems like them in Syracuse um we’re playing every other game but it’s just the way the schedule
Is in this league and um you know it it creates rivalries which is nice so um you know maybe we see one of them in the playoffs too so um you know it’s it’s kind of fun playing the same team you know you kind
Of get to know them and um like I said build that rivalry so um yeah they probably had little extra you know boost momentum incentive today after embarrassing their own bre yeah um you know I think they’re coming off a couple losses so um they definitely we’re
Expecting them to come out hard and unfortunately we weren’t uh able to play the right way and close the game out there so it’s unfortunate but big game tomorrow to respond Calin comes in really the number two goalie but how would you assess this play tonight who’s
That the goalie for you um yeah he’s good goalie I mean um he’s experienced um he’s played in the NHL uh he played well some bigger lights tomorrow potentially being in the big leaf arena is that going to give you guys some extra energy when you go up there yeah I
Mean it’s always cool playing in different venues and um I don’t know how many guys have on our team probably probably a couple have played in that building before I haven’t so it definitely be cool I mean Toronto is probably the mecca of hockey in the
World um so it’ll be really cool it’s obviously a great building huge huge building probably I haven’t seen the Jumbotron but I’m assuming it’s pretty cool um so yeah it’ll be fun night
