Bringing back Cogs for a final run with us, which is the only reason why I have Holtz in the minors. No reason other than being sentimental haha

I like most of these idk about the Gibson one, but I’ve never heard of those players so that might be why
I also wanna trade Urho Vaakananein just because we have so many LHD… Gotta make room for Zellweger. No clue what his value would be, but I was eyeballing a Mangiapane deal
Why would we even bother trading Lyub for that return? A 5th is essentially nothing, so if we’re retaining that money, I’d expect us to get a 3rd at the minimum but probably a 2nd. RHD get a bit of a premium.
I wouldn’t mind 2025 1st round picks instead. I think Vatrano deal we aren’t getting as much as we should. Vatrano is in his prime right now as u can see. Way too much value for a 2nd rounder and Kakko.
I think the Boston trade is plausible, but unlikely (that we trade Lyubushkin).
Carrick probably gets a 4th if we took Reaves back.
The others I think are overestimating what teams will give up. By a fairly significant amount.

I’d rather keep Vatrano and Lyubushkin. I’m fine with the Henrique and Carrick trade. Gibson I’m on the fence on.

Like the Holtz deal, but I think it’s probably too much from the Devils. Henrique probably gets us more. I’d rather keep Vatrano than trade him for Kakko and 2nd. Lyabushkin and Carrick are whatever. Teams only have 2 retention slots iirc, so we can’t retain on 3 players.

I don’t think we’ll retain on Gibson. Too many years left on the deal. If we move Gibson, it will most likely be for a cap dump instead. Also, you’re missing Gauthier in the roster.
Cogs… Yikes. It would be an insult to him to trade him to us. I love him too, but he shouldn’t be a trade piece unless they really are trying to dump him.
Boosh getting a 5th? I doubt we trade him for less than what we got him for, especially if we retain salary.
Kakko probably costs Rico + Vatrano. But we’ll see. Sounds start to see some movement soon with Henrique holding up the trade market.
