The divisions are:

Id love sutsy back on the team!
Honestly, let sutter walk because of Benning’s mismanagement of the salary cap. Have Beagle play in the 3rd line to replace sutter ( good thing that Beagle is right handed to take draws ) and have Kole Lind in the 4th centre position. Beagle and Lind can interchange during the season. This team needs changes. Needs to be younger and hungrier .
Bring Sutter back he had 9 goals and three assists in 43 games. He has some skill, he wins draws and can kill penalties. They should bring him back for 2mil for Mac two years
Can Jay Beagle still be a useful contributor to the team? And should the Canucks explore bringing Brandon Sutter back?
I'd bring back Sutter on a 1 year, 1-1.5 million contract, and shift Beagle up, and platoon Sutter with Lind on the fourth line. Mentorship role and try to make Lind the future 3rd line center. And it takes the pressure off of Sutter, fills a role, and you get depth down the middle in case of injury. I'd still try to upgrade 3c, but you have to have a plan in case you can't, and with an eye to the future. But no to term, no to higher money. We walk away, and we replace hopefully with a cheap ufa.

The Schmidt talk is trash. There's no evidence of him wanting to leave. This is the kind of rumor that just makes players not want to move to Canadian markets. Stop giving this click-bait garbage credence. The same people that started this rumor are the ones that said the Canucks would trade Boeser, or that Hughes needed an IV for his fight with Covid.
I'm all good with Sutter coming back, Schmidt and Beagle can be expendable if it happens if not all good as well
if sutter is at 3c, then 3rd line will be a checking line. sutter at 4c is okay, 3 scoring lines please.
We're losing Edler. I don't wanna see Nate Schmidt moved. He'll be better this season.
I think slow playing the market on the bottom 6 forwards is probably the best way to go. Unless someone falls right into your lap. I wanna see a solid right side partner for Hughes. That should be the top priority for the summer.

Unless it’s for the bare minimum of 750k then no. Let him go. A lot of potential 3rd line centres in this fa.

Sutter production is none existent even at $800k to $1m we been talking about how much their is a lack of depth in our bottom 6 scoring! Sure he's great in the room and good penaltie killer but he doesn't score when it comes down to it!
If #GM JB was actually smart he would package up Nate Schmit e and send him off to #CBJ and make a move for Seth Jones! And then work #TBL's cap situation and see if they can pry Antnony Cirelli out and put him on our 3rd line center!! Them 2 moves would drastically change the make up of our team! But youĺ have to ask Hughe & Petty if they can take longer smaller deals in orderer to help the team to win Now and see if we can bring Elder back at $1m for a season as a 3rd liner

I'm ambivalent about Sutter returning. I suppose for the right price, I'd be okay with his return, but I wonder if the Canucks are better off bringing in someone new or younger and cheaper and groom him to play 4th line. By the time the Canucks are ready to compete, Sutter will be gone, and they will need to look for someone to replace him. The Canucks will be further long by grooming a young kid in that position now. Thanks Clay!

unfortunately we need to move on from all these old timers. Sutter beagle rousell ferland erikson edler etc all have to go. Its time we let go of the past and moved on. 2010 is 11 years ago we need to get on to the next wave of success not a bunch of used up has beens.
