Cavan's intensity levels in tracking & tackling without fouling was phenomenal, no lazy fouls, which is usually a sign of great fitness. Also their ability not to panic after a bad miss, or a bad ref decision etc. These all show great fitness levels, physical fitness feeds mental fitness – which points to the S&C guy you've mentioned. Would love to see them back it up with a performance against Dublin.
