I can’t say enough good things about Keith Jones as President of Hockey Ops. This franchise desperately needed a dose of honesty with its fan base after so many years of misplaced trust. Between him, Torts, and Briere, my faith in this franchise returned years before I thought was possible.
I hope they stick to the plan to build a real Cup contender, and I’ll return to my cynicism if they waver from that, but I have no notes about how they’re selling it so far.
