Jersey needs a coaching change
They stupidly built this team thinking they were just gonna be able to outscore every team. Horrible defense, horrible goaltending. When the offense doesn’t produce on a team like this you are so unbelievably screwed. I was flabbergasted when people were picking this team to win the cup at the start of the season.
Akira Schmid had a one week Linsanity run against the Rangers and had the whole fan base believing they would win a cup but then found out they are just the New York Islanders

I don't know what NJD fans expect from Ruff though. Its been a very trying season for Ruff. Defense hurt. J Hughes hurt for how many games? McLeod gets charged/arrested. Comeon now, you can't blame that on Ruff.

As a devils fan I've not enjoyed Ruff since year 1 of his tenure as coach here. I honestly believe Brunette carried us last year and we were foolish to not fire Lindy and give Brunette the job as head coach
As a Flyers fan I love it. This team was gifted two #1 overall picks and countless other top end draft picks and still can’t figure it out.

They have Timo Meier, one of the best one-timer shooters in the league, and simply refuse to put him at RW on the powerplay to let him rip shots. Lindy Ruff is fully out of answers.
They have a young D, Poor goaltending and injuries what do you expect? And Luke Hughes is a rookie learning the game of course he's going to make mistakes,. You're videos I usually agree with but I don't with this one, they are missing Hamilton, lost Severson to the Jackets. This is a young team growing and learning of course they are going to make mistakes. The D is very young but with a lot of upside, also losing Brunette was a big loss for the coaching staff, please when you make videos post all of the facts.

Lindy Ruff has the DJ Smith immunity. What a joke he's still there, feel bad for all Devils fans cause it certainly is frustrating knowing a team could perform much better when they are being held back by the coach not being canned
To answer the question at the end of the vid, there are so many problem areas with this team and since you can't fix everything at once I think it's clear to start with shipping Ruff and bringing in a new coach. If this doesn't happen then more fingers need to be pointed at GM Fitzgerald.
