Well, I just beat Edmonton 5-2 with Calgary in NHL 2001, so here’s hoping for a similar result.

If the Flames don’t fall for the frustration-bait the Oilers will inevitably pull, I think we’re in for a good game. Once the boys get pulled in by the cheap shots and instigators, they fall apart.

I’m not a Canadian, I’m a flames fan from 2002 to now rarely missing a game and have been to the dome etc.
I didn’t start watching full Canadian broadcasts until around 2021 when I got access to a good IPTV service.
I also watch a lot of other sport around the world and there is nothing as bad as the bias I see on any hockey panel, and the flames are at the bottom of the pile – never benefit of the doubt, never the victims. The panel is always coping and making excuses when Calgary get fucked by another Canadian team… it’s fucking unreal to watch.
