The irony is, Colton Parayko wasn't even at that year's skills competition. Imagine of Al MacInnis used the reinforced plastic/foam modern sticks instead of wooden. He would have been over 100 mph in a time where that wasn't common. MacInnis liked using a wooden stick as he said it gave him more accuracy.
