We need Val back now. He left us empty-handed against the Kraken last year, and since he's been gone, we've struggled.
I’m done watching the Avs until they make a real move. The problems are so obvious yet nothing is being done to address them. This idea that we need to save for the future. What future? When Nate and Mikko are past their primes? Who cares if we suck in 3 years?
Listening to this breakdown it’s sounds similar to SDPN(Steve Dangle specifically) breaking down leaf games.
Val isnt reliable, Mikko doesn't look interested, Mac cant be everything all the time, Cale has been hurt all year and is 70%, the depth guys are not playing with hockey IQ and not scoring to rectify it.
It didn't look good for a defense (Girard) chasing a guy to the boards and behind the net. He should of stop short and cover the post, leaf player can't score from the where he was at. Lose pucks i can see him race to the back of the net, behind the net will still keep them on the outside.
Looks like a team that’s trying too hard to get ready for playoff hockey, and making a lot of mental mistakes in the process. Love this team and hope they can turn this around sooner than later, but it is becoming painful to watch. #goavsgo
