Patrick Kane and Alex DeBrincat had themselves quite the weekend. Kane opened the scoring vs the Blues and ended it in OT against the the Blackhawks in his return to Chicago, as well as Chelios’ jersey retirement night. DeBrincat had himself two goals against St. Louis and scored the game tying goal against the Blackhawks as well. Bot Lyon and Reimer played well in their stars. Detroit is up to 70 points, and 1st in the WC. #lgrw

There is a fairly good chance that eventually the Red Wings will be in the clear for a wild card spot, and teams behind them like New Jersey, Washington and the Islanders will only make the playoffs by beating out Philly for the third spot in the Metropolitan. (And, Detroit also still is within site of Toronto).
I loved at the end of the after game interview, he added that another thing besides everything else.That spaceflight so special. Is that the Detroit have him an A before tonight's game also…..he loves playing for Detroit, just like Alex, and the rest of the team.
Hawks fans gave Kane a full huge eruption cheer and standing O after the goal. He is more the Blackhawks than the current occupied version of the Hawks. The fans cheered and stayed and it was treated properly, as basically theirs.
There was an octopus toss in both the Blues and Hawks game.

Really Really praying R.W. sign Kane to a 3+yr deal extension. He and Cat are are dangerous combo which allows others to get open and score goals as well. Almost 1/2 – 2/3 of the whole team has 10+ plus goals this season so far. Everyone is getting a slice of the pie for the wings.

Reimer deserves the first star in this game, but Kane is the star. I hope people don’t forget about Larkin and the season he’s having as well. I hope he doesn’t feel unappreciated.
