A Rangers fan and I love Torts. The Flyers (unfortunately) are in good hands right now. I won't be surprised to see them gating to be a very tough out in the division.
A moment of silence for Torts haters. Team with zero stars, only one NHL level goalie and missing their best player(s) beating high level teams. We lose by one goal by scoring 6 and everyone's hating on Flyers and Torts. NOTHING was expected of this team this season. Except by us who know Torts and what he can do with a mediocre roster, building young players up. FU, haters.
Good win last night. A pieced together lineup, and they manage to beat a Bolts team that's been playing well of late. Really impressed with Foerester (he's going to be an elite player), Cates (and that third line), and Bobby Brink's play. D-men and Errson were good too – it's impressive to hold a team with that many weapons to just two goals. Gotta gear up for the Caps on Friday.

Torts doing a great job this year so far with this bunch..BUT PLEASE FIRE THE GOALTENDING COACH! (Kim Dillabaugh) I Have been saying for the last 3 years to my friends…Although like a lot of Goaltenders in the NHL, The Flyers Goaltenders are on their Knees, spread their pads along the ice before the shot is being taken( I get it, percentages, blah blah blah.), Flyers Goaltenders are on their knees a lot when puck is even in the corners …… Ersson should be on his feet/skates a lot more, use his size and athletic ability more, and if he goes down, get back up as soon as possible in most cases, and oh use that goaltending stick more…You go down on your knees, it's hard to react to a deflected or rebound shot or initial shots shot up high…Ok I'm off my goaltending rant. I feel better LOL
