Do people forget that Pieterangelo straight up admitted to media personnel that [he just wanted to play elsewhere](https://x.com/andystrickland/status/1316031880500850689?s=20)? I feel like I always read hear we should’ve kept him but if that meant giving him a bigger contract than Vegas did, then I agree with letting him walk.
Walman and Dunn are similar stories to each other. Both had successes with sheltered minutes here, but never proved themselves capable of being top pairing guys. That comes down to Armstrong not willing/risking taking a chance on them. In hindsight, this was a bad move.

We got Hayes for a 6th round pick. Idk if expectations were that high tbh.
