I thought they already had the framework done? Petey was offered last off-season, but wanted to wait until this off-season. I'll believe it when I see it. It's all smoke and mirrors.
I would take luke and jack hughes plus a first round pick today for him = Save huge money . Build for future . Produce same amount of points with these 2 guys i believe ( Rest of this season an playoffs . ) . Adding a great centerman and defenceman. Family reunion ?
