The best part of the Xhekij fight in the first was actually seeing Slafkovsky throwing punches at someone again. He’s trying to be part of every aspect of the game and the Canadiens. Loving him more and more each game! Finally, Anderson scores. Very happy. When Gally got his assist, he surpassed Serge Savard for 35th all-time in Canadiens history for total points. And, he did it in 187 less games. He's now only 2 points away from tying Yvon Lambert. I'm shocked!! The refs sucked again. Evens gets hit in the face twice and no penalties. This has been going on all season. Get rid of Bettman. He's been horrible for the NHL. He's anti-Canada also. It's always been obvious. He should have stayed with the NBA. 🤯 Have a great night, all! 😂🥳🤪

These competes with 1 line, it's crazy imagine with Dach, and a Superstar on first line, they would be near playoffs. But getting that Superstar in Montreal, we never see it, last time was Turgeon and even he was a little down.

Why in the world would we move Matheson. He's been top 10 in defensive scoring this year and we have no player to replace him at #1 defenseman. When Hutson takes over then trade him.
Also great game for the tank. We played well tonight. Not the refs though 😅. This was a good road trip all in all though. Fun games.
Fun fact: Montreal has had 35 1 goal games. If in 19 of those games they had 1 more goal they would have 35 wins and be tied with LA for 16th. So there has been progress. We are 19 goals off of being very competitive for a playoff spot.
Unpopular opinion: i think that Slaf has crazy hidden potential like Jack Hughes, but hes currently being surpressed by the sheer puck handlers on the first line. That he barely has time to make a play for himself and doesnt hold the puck for longer then 2 sec before dumping it or passing. I think that he should be moved to the Second line so he can build confidence and make his own play(like Jack). Because he is a playmaker/puck handler.
Why? Its better if we move him. We have a crazy bottle neck in our defense system rn. If Matheson can fetch us a forward prospect we've been looking for forever then why not? Sure matheson has his quirks and abilities. But we have lane hutson who will basically do the same thing. And if matheson does get traded by then. It will give chance for Guhle to handle the puck more.
at this point it's either people start criticizing matheson for his 20 turnovers a game or trade him
Move Matty and Chewy. Let them Plecky back but, only if they want to. We are a year from the playoffs, two to the final and three (to five) from the cup. I have never seen a brass and association have so much respect for each other.

I’m sorry but you guys wouldn’t trade for Marty Necas but you’ll trade for Holtz 🤦🏼♂️ Holtz has good upside but not as good as Necas. At least make sense when you do these video lmao… Last video a 60-70 point player with 80 point potential isn’t the player you would trade for but Holtz who has 20-25 goal potential 40-50 points you would trade for him… I would move Matheson if the trade offer is literally one we cannot pass on and if it brings a legit top 6 player and a prospect to the team I would be all for it, Definitely wouldn’t do it for Holtz… Matheson is a 50-60 point D man that skates like the wing his value is sky high, Hughes could most definitely get a big time player in return.

People criticize Happy because of turnovers. If the forwards could score, he could concentrate using his skating and vision to defend. We play from behind so much he is just being risky to try and generate offence. His hockey IQ is off the charts. I hope he stays with us for a long time.

Josh and Jesse you guys have an interesting channel. I think the hype on Allen is way overblown. He is a meh or mid goalie now. If the Habs play him most games now they have a shot at 5th overall pick. His value is experience. Matheson being traded would be interesting but not for a Smurf forward. Exciting times whether Hugo trades or does not trade.
